These terms cover your use of connectcraftai.com and the text messaging program run by ConnectCraft AI & Automation Solutions (“ConnectCraft AI,” “we,” “us”), Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Paid client work is also covered by the written agreement or invoice for that work. If those conflict with these terms, the written agreement wins.
You may use this site to learn about our services and contact us. Don’t misuse it, try to break it, or copy its content for commercial use without permission. Content on this site, including text, images, and videos, belongs to ConnectCraft AI or the businesses that let us show their work.
Prices are listed on our pricing page and confirmed on your invoice. Monthly plans are month to month with no long-term contract, and you can cancel before your next billing date. Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee means that if a monthly system isn’t working after your first 30 days, tell us and we’ll refund that first month.
We set up AI tools that answer calls and messages for your business. They answer from the information you give us and can make mistakes. You’re responsible for checking that your business information is accurate, and for how your business uses calling, texting, and recording, including getting any consent the law requires from your customers. We’ll set systems up to follow carrier registration rules (A2P 10DLC) and to honor opt-outs.
Calculators, examples, and numbers on this site are illustrations, not promises. Results depend on your business, market, and many things outside our control.
Our systems run on third-party platforms such as GoHighLevel, phone carriers, and AI providers. We’re not responsible for their outages or changes, though we’ll help you work through them.
To the extent the law allows, ConnectCraft AI is not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
Booked Out for Car Detailers and Booked Out for Realtors are $27 one-time purchases that give you access to a web app. Access is for the buyer’s own business use and may not be shared or resold. All sales are final once you’ve accessed the app, except that if something is broken on our end, we’ll fix it or refund you. Booked Out helps you plan and write posts; it does not post for you and does not guarantee customers, bookings, or income.
For Super Agent and The Show-Up System, “not working” means the system isn’t doing what this page and your setup call described (for example, calls aren’t being answered or posts aren’t being delivered for approval) and we haven’t fixed it after you told us. Tell us within the first 30 days and we’ll refund that first month.
The services and website are provided “as is.” We don’t promise that any AI tool will be error-free or uninterrupted.
