Why I started ConnectCraft AI
I kept watching the same thing happen to the contractors, detailers, and small shops around me. The phone rings while they're on a job, they can't pick up, and the lead calls the next name on the list.
The technology to answer that call, text it back, and book the job already existed. It just wasn't set up for them — or it was set up so badly it sounded like a robot and made them look worse.
"AI isn't the problem. It's how you're using it."
So I figured out how to set it up right, and I turned it into a service for the businesses that do real work with their hands. ConnectCraft AI is that: the phone answered, the review asked for, the posts written in your voice, and a one-page site that actually moves.
That's what I do. And I'm genuinely good at it.
